Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.
- Personalised, engraved, custom bridal sets and pierced earrings (for hygiene) are non-returnable.
How to raise a return
Email orders@mrpalacewholesale.com or WhatsApp +916282627199 with your order number and a short unboxing video showing the issue. Our team responds within 24 hours.
Damage or wrong item
For damaged or incorrect items, we arrange free reverse pickup and offer replacement or full refund at your choice.
Refund timelines
- Refund initiated within 2 business days of inspection.
- UPI / cards / netbanking: reflected in 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: refunded to a bank account you provide.
Exchange
Size or design exchanges are available on eligible items subject to stock. Difference in price, if any, is settled at exchange.
